I stayed there recently with my Mum, sister and nephew. They have a number of rooms in this traditional, homely farmhouse. Betty, the owner, is a lovely lady. She lit the fire for us in the living room when we came downstairs with our mugs of tea. Felt like a cosy, comfortable home from home. I had a double room... More

Lovely welcome by the old lady late at night after a long day of travel to arive in NI- She insisted on climbing the stairs to show us the room after taking the breakfast order. First night in Beflast and woke to daylight view of the Belfast Lough and sheep bleeting in the field directly in front of us. Traditional... More

A 2 night stay at this homely and comfortable farmhouse b & b at end of July 2014. Very good breakfast, keeps you going for most of the day whilst touring Giants Causeway and the Causeway Coastal Drive. Very handy for touring this area, 1½ hours to the Causeway, only 10 miles from Belfast.

This is a reply to the false review given by another French guest earlier (Matthieu) on 17th August 2014. I happened to be in Beechgrove B&B on the same night that these very rude guests were due to stay. They came into the B&B and were very rude to the elderly owner. I had seen the rooms they were due... More

I was put in here by work. It's a clean quiet place with an amazing breakfast. I had to leave early a couple of days and she said she would make me breakfast then. As mentioned by others. If you are lucky enough to be at the front you will see right down to the sea. Beautiful view I will... More

A group of us travelled up to play golf in nearby Whitehead Golf Course - also lovely! Beechgrove is a beautiful farmhouse B & B. Betty is such a delightful host & her staff equally so. There is a quirkiness about some of the rooms with great little touches added! Breakfast had just about everything!! Thank you.

Betty and her staff were wonderful. The surroundings of this B & B were so beautiful. This was a very nice stay clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Betty even went above and beyond and allowed us to use her internet for driving directions (which we had lost). How kind. Lovely farmhouse in the quiet country! Thank you Betty... More

The lady who owns the house is lovely and the house is spotlessly clean. Its about 17 pounds in a taxi from Belfast center (20 minute drive), however the train station is really close. The problem we had with this guesthouse was how uncomfortable the beds are. They are very old, I had to lay my clothes on the bed... More

Detty is a kind lady - 85 this year! - and does her utmost to welcome her guests. It is a fairly old property and will not satisfy those looking for a modern B&B. It is priced accordingly and I think that it would take a hard heart to not take notice of the kind service, the pleasant welcome and... More

Stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed every one. Betty is a lovely old lass and made us feel welcome from the outset .The room was clean and had good views over Belfast Lough. Free wifi throughout. Traditional Ulster Fry was a treat at breakfast time. Even the cats and kittens around the farmhouse were friendly :-)
