As two young travelers we were taken in and treated like family. You know all the fun antics youngins' like to pull while on their own. (Driving stick on the left hand for the first time and getting stuck) Liz and John are extremely friendly and were the highlight of our trip around the UK. Our room was very comfortable,... More

I stayed here some years back and deliberately returned to stay again. The lush countryside, fresh air, warm and beautiful home, friendly family, generous breakfast, large rooms...it is all wonderful and so relaxing. The are lots of tourist sights close by and historic landmarks. This home is also an historic Georgian house, it still has some original glass windows and... More

The house is in fantastic rural site but only a few minutes' from Cookstown. We had "Grannys' Room" with a wonderful vista of the front green and the trees - with the ducks and chickens running about! John and Liz are very welcoming and good chat. Bedroom very comfortable but the bathroom is very small. Found a walk at Cabin... More

We were treated so well, tea on arrival, beautiful clean room, comfy beds, most excellent breakfast including free range duck eggs from the farm if u like. Even a lift to the nearest hotel for our dinner. What made it... More

We arrived at Shannon Airport on Tuesday morning after an all night flight, then drove all the way to Cookstown that first day. Exhausted is not descriptive enough of our condition, however the moment we got to Killycolp House we were treated like family. Good food and good rooms, Killycolp House is an excellent choice.

Fantasic B&B, the location is picturesque, quiet but also a stones throw away from Cookstown. Friendly welcome, Liz and John are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. Spotless rooms and fresh bedding, had a really good nights sleep. The breakfast was great alot to choose from and was very filling. The room and breakfast was most... More
