Just returned from the most awful couple of nights stay at the Riverview Hotel. If it wasnt for the fact that I was staying on a work trip I would have left as soon as I arrived and would certainly not have stayed the night. The list of problems was endless but included: 1. Damp rooms, which also smelt damp.... more
Well cliff and Wendy have really turned this place around, with real ale on the bar good food and a crack to go with it .. its just what The Old Riverview wanted .. The good old Riverview is back on its feet again well done Cliff and Wendy. more
If you ever have to stay in Earith, do not stay in The Riverview 'Hotel'. There is no positive thing i can say about this place. Its small, old fashioned and not in a cute oldie worldy way and very expensive for what you get. Stay in cambridge its only a 20 min drive away and some lovely places to... more
