The owners of this B&B are the kindest , most welcoming people who go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable. The rooms are clean and pleasant and the breakfasts are amazing using fresh local produce . I found the beds comfortable , and the surroundings peaceful and restful

Stopped overnight and enjoyed a comfortable stay in our clean and well organised room. The owner, Victoria, was very welcoming and attentive. A good breakfast set us up for a day of sightseeing. For us it was a great place to stay before going on to Leeds Castle.

Upon arrival we were greeted with open arms by the proprietors who are some of the most friendly people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The front garden was lovely. We were very impressed by the extremely high standard of cleanliness of the room and the facilities. It was also one of the best nights sleep either of us... More

We stayed here prior to a hospital appointment The room was tatty with cobwebs behind the bed The bed was unbelievably hard and uncomfortable I went to make a cup of tea and found the milk out of date If this B&B is to be recommended for hospital patients it needs to up it's standards

I have been staying here on and off for six months, it is comfortable, relaxed and Vicki and Carl always make you welcome. The guest kitchen is stocked with little extras, plenty of parking and generally quiet. The cooked breakfast is good and there is an option to have the just help yourself option, ideal for those who have to... More

We booked this B&B to be close to friends who were having a weekend function. I suppose we should have been wary as there were few photos of the property but the reviews convinced us and the lady who took the booking pleasant and friendly. We arrived and first impressions were terrible, overgrown garden, pots that needed tending and a... More

A great place to stay near Brands Hatch. A comfortable, homely and quiet room which was perfect for me. Lovely reception from the owner (and dogs!), highly recommended and look forward to staying again very soon.
