For many years I've driven by this campground and this summer My wife and I decided to book a spot. It was gorgeous! Being a long August weekend there was many families about and a really large group of families tenting. My brother and his wife had booked a cabin and joined us. We made new friends and enjoyed watching... More

Wonderful view , family run campsite. The cabins are a little expensive but do save on the amount of equipment you need to take. The staff aim to please and help anyway they can even if it means lending you something from their home. Plenty of room for the kids to run, fish and swim. The only suggestion is maybe... More

This is our third trip back to Whispering Falls and our first this summer. The good news is that it is even better than last year - they now have a shop with camping supplies, cold drinks, ice cream and the home made ice cream sandwiches are fantastic! It was not too busy and its great to have a nice... More

My boyfriend and I ended up at Whispering Falls after learning that Birkenhead Lake was full. I was hesitant to camp (glamp) in a private campground but boy, I'm glad we did. We have a camper and got a site with electricity, shade and water. This was great because it was hot and we needed our fan. You can also... More

The hosts at Whispering Falls are very friendly. We were there trying to find access to Gates Lake and discovered this beautiful place. There is a huge grassy field overlooking the lake with camp sites - great for families or groups. By the lake there is a very nice and new dock. The fishing in the lake is good. We... More

Two of my buddies and I recently camped here and found the place pretty fantastic. Nadine came out and greeted us in the middle of the night when we arrived and was extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of open land with good lake and fishing access. The washrooms had showers and were quite lavish for a campsite, a nice surprise.... More

Hello and thank you for coming. It was so nice to meet you and your two friends. We are pleased you liked our little resort/campground.john and I have worked very hard over the past two years to uncover this hidden gem. The camp was closed for seven plus years and so had become quite a forgotten and over grown paradise.... More

There were about 15 of us, we booked three cabins and had a half dozen tents. The cabins were cute, the grounds large, the fire pits great for chatting late into the night, and the dock with the canoe was fun during the day. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants a camping experience that is the opposite of... More

Spent a total of 10 days in Paradise at Whispering Falls Resort. Was the most beautiful place for my daughters wedding, the photos with breathtaking backgrounds. We had a group of 80 family members and friends and used the tenting sites,RV sites as well as the cabins all cute and cosy.. The large grassy area made a great place for... More

The wonderful hosts at Whispering Falls Resort took us in when our booked campsite down the road decided to have a Music Festival the day we arrived without any notification. They gave us a large camping spot to accommodate the 15 guests we had and 8 tents. The site was very clean and very well maintained. The dock was new,... More

Hello. Thank you for your very kind review. We really enjoyed having you and your friends join us here at Whispering Falls Resort. We are a small unknown paradise but word is getting out. We were very happy to be able to help your group out after you were so rudely asked to relocate to make room for the one... More

We stayed with two kids, aged 5 and 7, in a cabin and had a great time. The cabins are quaint, each with their own personality, and are all in a row with a great grassy field in front, view of mountains and lake included! I loved that each has its own deck where you can enjoy your morning tea.... More
