I booked my parents into Llangattock Court B&B for four nights, so they could attend the nearby Green Man Festival. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay, raved about Morgan's hospitality and the quality of the breakfasts. They were recommending it to others at the festival! (I'm writing this review as my parents are not Tripadvisor users, but as I made the... More

This is what B&Bs are all about, trust, respect and excellent service. If you only ever get chance to stay at oen B&B then this must be the place. Totally unassuming in a tranquil setting, close to all that the area has to offer and on the doorstep of many great walks. We were made so welcome by Morgan that... More

The very definition of why bed and breakfasts are so much more rewarding than chain hotels - we just returned from a weekend in South Wales that involved staying one night at the well-kept, fully-appointed and very, very soulless Celtic Manor resort, followed by an absolutely delightful night at Llangattock Court - its opposite in almost every respect. Our stay... More

I have just returned home from the Crickhowell Walking Festival having had a wonderful 4 day stay at this beautiful period house in Llangattock. The accommodation is stunning - 4 poster bed wonderful paintings and oriental china adorn the bedroom and dining room. Morgan Llewellyn couldn't have been more helpful - even drying and cleaning my sodden walking gear (which... More

I only booked this due to its close proximity to the cavern diving centre next door. I arrived after 9pm to be greeted by a most hospitable reception. I was welcomed into a very warm and friendly Georgian country home, absolutely immaculately clean and the interior was authentic in every respect. My room was on the top floor and I... More

Beautiful historic home, very friendly owners who not only provided an excellent and large breakfast but also were kind enough to give directions to the near-by Brecon Beacons as well as suggestions to local restaurants (I highly recommend The Vine Tree). My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was not super strong, but that is to... More

Our first night is Wales, and we were rewarded with the luxury of staying at this efficiently run and elegantly appointed B & B! What fun to stay in our room--the review below (lynx555) says it all. And just a short walk along a footpath through a churchyard, a meadow, and a bridge to excellent pubs and restaurants.

This B&B was recommended by friends and we were not disappointed. A remarkable historic property, full of art and antiques. Lovely hosts, with a twinkling smile and always ready to offer advice on where to go and what to see. We had a comfortable room with the interesting quirks found in an old house - sloping floors and a bed... More
