What a memorable experience and I can't wait to return. One of of the most alluring places I've been to for ages. Will return for an overnight stay. I only had tea but the ambiance is so hospitable you feel drawn by a magnet.

Although we didn't stay here we did stop for coffee and cake, it was great to wander through the place, the old shop is amazing. Upstairs with all the handmade products is definitely worth a look too. Stop in on your way through, its worth it :) (July 2012)

Once again the hospitality and genuine wit displayed by Derek was right on target for our group. Ultra relaxed atmosphere and a smashing breakfast all combined to "make" our weekend. Well recommended.... More

We travelled as a group of six and managed to squeeze into the Meeting Room, which was snug, but comfortable. The freedom of having a separate building to ourselves was brilliant. However the jewel in the crown was the way in which were looked after at check in and extra especially at breakfast. Derek was a host extraordinaire...you don't get... More
