We booked this while our car was being repaired and we had to abandon our camping holiday. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 (kids shared). Decent size, good outlook. Small but serviceable kitchen. There is also a restaurant and bar on the ground floor which provided simple but excellent and 'thoughtful' food. Someone in the kitchen knew... More

Just got back from the lodge morzine, we drove the 13h+ bit of a killer drive. Would most defiantly fly next time any use the transfer service the lodge offers. This was my first trip to France an I have a new found respect for France and the people. Anyway the lodge is fantastic, the room was large and well... More

Unfortunately, when we have to say no to guests, whether its about wearing muddy mountain bike shoes inside or late night bar opening or causing damage etc. and whether they have had too much to drink ? it is always reflected in their trip advisor reports. Fortunately, they tend to go over the top with the negative comments, putting their... More

This was our third stay here in the past five years. What suits us is that you stay in a comfortable apartment (room 12) and you can opt in or out for breakfast/evening meal. The local supermarket is only a five minute walk for daily provisions. They provide transport to the ski lifts in the centre of town, and you... More

This is our second stay in the last two ski seasons. The hotel has been privately redeveloped and renovated and is both thoughtful and tasteful in design. The food is fab - a set menu with a dozen choices of starter main and dessert. The difficulty was knowing what to choose each night!!! A brilliant selection and perfectly executed... Plus... More

Fantastic time had by the 11 of us on a long weekend lad's trip. The apartments were great and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially the mini bus service which was a god send. The lodge is a few 100 yards out of the main action but is a short walk in the evening or ski bus/ free... More

A fantastic good value base to ski PDS from. It's a bit out of town but the lodge offers a free minibus service to the slopes in the morning. Food was great and service was fantastic. If you're skiing as a group this is a great place to be as they have a good variety of room sizes which are... More

It's OK but not 4 star. It feels more like a budget place. 1. Unwelcoming. Our first experience after 9 hours traveling was a manager at reception who insisted we sign our lives away and commit a large deposit against any damage or breakages. When we asked for an inventory so we could check what it was we were required... More

We are pleased Jonathan mentioned his 9 hours of travelling with his kids as this is what we were greeted with when he checked-in. He appeared tired and in a bad mood so when asked for credit card details as security against damage to the apartment, loss of key cards etc. he vented his frustration refusing to sign anything and... A really warm welcome when we arrived from Julie the owner. She was lovely throughout, very helpful. Yes you have to sign for 40 euro penalty if you lose a room key which a member of our party did, but after we left the owners found it and contacted us and refunded the 40 euro. Really nice rooms we had... More
