We had a triple room which although small had comfortable beds, was clean and a balcony overlooking the slopes. The walls are very thin though so easy to hear your neighbours conversations! The hotel no longer serves evening meals but there are 3 other restaurants within 100 metres so not a problem. The rooms are above the bar but this... More

Perfect location at the bottom of the old Téléphérique and new gondola to Avoriaz. Skiing is possible untill the front of the hotel. The hotel hostes (Marthe) is extremly friendly and atmosphere is pleasant and cosy. Bummer the restaurant is closed at the moment, because they use to serve the best local dishes.

The hotel was in a perfect location, just what you could have asked for.....right next to the slopes (a small nursery lift takes you to les prodains lift station) ski hire (a choice if 2) fabulous views, ski in and out, and a quiet hamlet convenient for avoriaz and morzine. But despite previous reviews there is no evening meal. No... More

Really enjoyed our 5 day stay here, a bit of a mix up on arrival, but the hotel was very fair and did not charge us for the first night. Little english spoken so grateful for free wifi and google translate. Food excellent, rooms very clean and lovely staff, we will be back Thanks

Small simple hotel 150 metres from Cable car to Avoriaz, 250 metres from ski hire shop (Ski Alpe). Very nice rooms with balconies. Can ski back to hotel via blue or black runs. Friendly owner. Excellent value. No nightlife without going to Morzine

Excellent small great value hotel, comfortable big clean room with great balcony, nice food, lovely friendly helpful staff, useful facilities (ski room, parking). It's fairly basic, but exactly what we needed. Located just across the road from the Prodains cable-car, so really convenient (and will be even more so once the new 3S lift opens in a couple of weeks'... More

This restaurant (and small hotel) is family run and at the bottom of the Coupe de Monde black from Avoriaz to the Prodains cable car. A great place twenty years ago when we pigged out on the Fondue Chinoise and a great place when we went back for omelettes in January 2013. The sort of place where you can go... More

Just returned from a wonderful week at the Kinkerne in Morzine which managed to suit the foodies, the teenagers and the younger members of our group with quiet courtesy, nothing was too much trouble. The Kinkerne is situated at the end of a run, opposite the gondola and down the road from the ski rental. The locals use the bar... More
