Went for a last minute break, 2 nights. Ended up with a small side room, clean but old, furniture had been repaired a few times and it showed. Visited for one night from Newhaven on the ferry for a break. Hotel friendly, clean and simple. Breadfast adequate. Bathrooms good - new and clean. Noisy during the night - rowdy singing (not hotels fault!), street cleaners and dustcards, but comfortable none the less. Great location.
