This could have been such a good hotel. We found it really easily ( unlike park and suites a couple of years ago which was impossible!) and checked in to our two rooms very promptly. Unfortunately the adjoining rooms we had booked as a family travelling with 3 children came with two double beds... So we weren't sure where they... More

To be honest, this is one worst experience I could get with hotels. I booked a big family room and I got 2 separated room. Also the petit-déjeuner was not clearly not included so on top... We complain and the customer service was very bad. One of the worst xp I ever got, sorry to say that...

Staff couldn't do enough which made the stay for us. We needed bottle steralising and information about the local area, access to the centre is so easy, Just get on the tram for the city centre, you can leave the car for free in the hotel car park if we visit Tours again we will definatly come again

Super staff, great relaxing atmosphere and good food from the restaurant. Everyone made us feel very welcome at the hotel which we found refreshing given the typical attitude towards non-French speaking Americans

Excellent hotel in a fairly quiet area. A very nice hotel. My only confusion is the swing in per-night cost. I was aware of this going in, but it is the only issue I had - value. On the low end per-night cost, it is excellent value. On the high end per night cost, it is closer to good or... More

Stopped here overnight again early March (please see previous review Sep 2013 for details). This time I was given a room at the front of the hotel. Perfectly adequate, but not nearly as good as the rooms at the rear of the hotel looking over the gardens. The furniture in this room was somewhat tired and scuffed, but I will... More

A comfortable stay with plenty of car parking. We ate in the restaurant one night- delicious. Free Internet only worked downstairs in the lobby. Good base if you are driving around the Loire Valley. Reception was open late at night when we checked in- were helpful.

Check In: I'd booked on line via Best Western web site some weeks ago and pre-paid for best value. Everything was in order on arrival and reception had our room ready. Location/Room: On the edge of the city, it's perhaps not for those seeking the French 'dream' of views from a chateau down the Loire valley. But if you are... More

We arrived on a Tuesday evening to find the hotel locked...... no one in sight. Eventually someone appeared at a side door and let us into reception. They had no trace of our booking through our reward points. Luckily there were rooms free as they had very few guests. The reason we booked this hotel was to use the pool... More
