Myself and my partner availed of an offer on escapes.ie and stayed in this hotel. I found the staff in this hotel were so nice and really friendly. The room we had was basic but large. To be honest I would not have expected anything but, as we were only staying as part of the offer. The view in the... More

Myself and my boyfriend stayed at the hotel for two nights last weekend. I have mixed feelings about my stay. The location and views are amazing and on this point I would definitely recommend the hotel. The rooms were fine, spacious and clean apart from some unpleasant specks of blood on the shower curtain and tiles in the bathroom!! We... More

We had a two night stay in this hotel we definitively had a mixed experience. The good the room was big and very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and it had a great shower/ bath. Plenty of storage in the room. The staff were lovey and very helpful with anything we needed. The bad we had an issue with our door... More

We stayed here on Friday 11th July in one of the most friendliest hotels that we have ever visited. An idyllic location! The food was excellent and the service was very good. I have to compliment Mary who looked after us for the evening and in to the wee hours of the morning!! The room was large and comfortable, the... More

Nice hotel in a lovely part of Mayo. Room was modern & bright ( Mine was in new section of the hotel) - breakfast was excellent & plentiful. the hotel reception was helpful when I asked to be moved from my allocated room due to smell of cigarettes - the previous guest having ignored the many "no smoking" signs. Note... More

This is a good hotel with restaurant and bar on site. Very good service provided and helpful staff. The rooms are large and conformable. The location is a little out of the way but it was still easy to get around Mayo to see siights.

Beautiful location which is why we chose this hotel. Very disappointed with room we had. It was large but dull with a small window with a view of the car park! I would suggest that lake view rooms be priced separately so customers can be sure of what they will get. It would be worth paying more for the beautiful... More
