We had our wedding reception earlier this year at Rectory Farm. The house and gardens were beautiful, all of our guests were delighted with their rooms, staff were all extremely friendly and polite, and the food was delicious. All in all a fantastic place which we will certainly be retuning to. Highly recommended!

Stayed for two nights in the chalet in what is lovely settings and a brilliant location close to the city and just a short walk away from the main park and ride into the city which you need to do because parking is so expensive in the city centre, but the room we were allocated at the top of the... This was the second time my partner and I stayed at Rectory Farm. We booked to stay for one night in the chalet and it didn't disappoint. The accommodation is surrounded by fields and wildlife, the rooms are clean and tidy and the beds very comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast this time as we felt we could get a... More

What a shame - we had looked forward to our stay at Rectory Farm. We were travelling from Australia - a family of six - grandparents, parents and two children. The description on the website had us anticipating a peaceful two day break in the middle of three weeks of travel. The entrance up the beautiful tree lined drive, and... More

The rectory itself is a beautiful, old building, and beautifully furnished. However, your accommodation might be in the chalet. It is situated in many acres of land, but the amount of wandering you can do is limited. There is an attractive garden and an outdoor swimming pool of generous dimensions. Our room in the chalet was adequate, although it had... More

We spent a weekend here for a friend's wedding taking place on the Farm premises. We stayed at the cottage, in a very spacious apartment, very nice and clean. The breakfast room was very pretty and well decorated, the food was very good and the service was kind and polite. The surroundings are beautiful, with gardens, plants and flowers. The... More

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and thought the place was ok. The grounds and the breakfast room are very nice indeed. The room we stayed in wasn't so nice. In fact it looked a little tired. For the price I think it was ok. I must say that the breakfast was very nice. Don't know if we... More

We stayed at Rectory Farm for two nights and had an enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious with nice view of the surrounding countryside. There was a distant hum sometimes from the motorway but this didn't bother us at all.Three little black goats and a horse were in a paddock just below our... More

A disappointing stay in Cambridge. It was a little difficult to locate the property but that was the least of our disappointments. We arrived about 2:00pm happy to leave our bags and walk the short (according to the website) distance into Cambridge. The front door was locked, a sign stated, ' Check in at 4:00pm'. An American guest had flown... More

I visited here for a friends wedding reception over the weekend. Really well organised and the marquee was big enough, warm enough and dry enough for everyone to be inside while the rain thundered down outside. Luckily the rain disappeared early evening so we could all enjoy the beautiful gardens the venue had to offer. Really nice place. The catering... More
