I have stayed at Rectory Farm on two occasions. The staff are very friendly, the place is spotlessly clean and the beds are super comfortable. Beyond all this it is very good value. I have stayed during the winter months and so have not used the outdoor pool, which I imagine will be very pleasant in summer. There is lots... More

Me and my fiancé were disappointed by our recent stay at this venue. My fiancé had stayed here before some years ago and we had friends staying who booked us a room on this occasion. We drove to the venue from Bristol which took us around 3.5 hours and when we drove down the drive we were met with the... More

When the manager realised that my initial booking was made for March, instead of Feb (a silly me), he showed no hesitation to fit me in at the booking price. I am grateful for that. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were polite and helpful. The place has also a bit of countryside ambient. I would definitely stay... More

A lovely place to stay. Warm and welcoming. The room was in the main house. It was beautifully clean, lots of storage space. The bathroom was lovely , modern, bright and clean. The staff were very polite and pleasant. I visited Angelsey Abbey during my stay and also visited Cambridge. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting Cambridge.

Our stay at Rectory Farm was a delight, just not long enough!! Once through the "almost-too-descreet" entrance, one was looked after and made to feel special, with pleasant, attentive staff, comfortable accommodation, and peaceful surroundings. And it was most convenient for our needs. Thank you to those whom looked after so well.

We stayed one night at Rectory Farm. The entrance is just off a busy road but once the electronic gates open you feel that you are in the heart of the countryside. The house is very impressive and a warm welcome awaits you. We were very luck to be upgrade to a very large suite (only a small criticism was... More

We stayed at Rectory Farm for a family weekend in Cambridge. Lovely B&B. Great location, perfect for the park and ride into Cambridge 10 mins away. We stayed in one of the apartments which was very clean and well thought out. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice, all the fresh fruit was a lovely touch, and having the open... More

We stayed at Rectory Farm for two nights for a mid week break to visit Cambridge. The location was great and was a pleasant walk away from the city centre and sites. We'd also recommend the local pub 'The Plough' which about a 10/15 minute walk away. The room was warm and comfortable with modern and clean en suite. The... More

I stayed at Rectory Farm on a short biz trip at Cambridge. The location is perfect with walking distance to University area, just outside the city. Breakfast is nice and healthy options are available. The fireplace was on in the morning and the politeness of the staff was very nice.

Rectory Farm is a wonderful B&B and staying there felt more like being welcomed into Roger and Alison’s home than staying at a B&B. I was commuting from London to Cambridge for work until I was recommended this gem of a place by a colleague. Now I am staying 3 nights a week every week since December. A beautiful house,... More
