Very helpful when we booked and when we arrived, nothing too much trouble, spotless room, lovely breakfast with excellent choice of everything. We were going to our grandaughters christening and my husband forgot his cufflinks and Phil let him borrow a pair of his - now that is service for you! We would highly recommend The Ambassador Lodge, it is... More

We have stayed here several times on our visits to Cambridge. Rooms are spotlessly clean, breakfast delicious with a great choice. Phil is perfect as the owner, so is his wife, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We wouldn't stay anywhere else now as the rates are very reasonable too. You do need a car although there is... More

Had a very pleasant stay. Phil couldn't be more helpfull. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast was superb. Great location for a riverside walk into Cambridge. Nice quiet village location with 4 pubs within 5 minutes walking distance. Oh, and the log fire in the dining room is great first thing in the morning.

Phil, the owner, is very friendly and very accomodating, and comes across as genuinely trying to help you out when I was stuck for somewhere to stay. I stayed there a few times because I work nearby. The rooms are clean and not overly fussy. If you bear in mind that this essentially a large house with large rooms that... More

If you're not worried about staying in the centre of Cambridge then this is the place. Within easy reach of the Park & Ride, if you don't want to take the car into the city. Good location for visiting Ely. Owner made us feel very welcome. Room was clean and although not large it was big enough for my husband... More

Forget the overpriced places to stay in Cambridge. This is the best B&B we've stayed in. Wine and flowers were arranged on request for my wife's birthday. Genuine hosts, warm and welcoming.

Stayed in one of their family rooms with our 3 year old son as we were attending party at the nearby country park. Nice place, child friendly, great breakfast, good value

I went there for work purpose. Great room and good accomodation (the bathroom is quite small). The breakfast was delicious and the owner is very friendly and at your service. It is a good address if you want to stay in Milton but if you planned to visit Cambridge, you should have a car, as bus stops are quite far.

Great B&B. Room small but fine for one night. Very clean; excellent breakfast. Pub next door has real ale.
