I booked this hotel late and was surprised to see that they had availability at such a reasonable rate - given that we were staying during World Superbikes at Magny Cours. Hotel has free wifi, ample free car parking and is approximately 15 minute walk to the main entrance of the track. Bedroom was spacious, clean and everything worked -... More

I recently spent two nights at this hotel, the facilities were as described and the restaurant was good, and although ordering late we had a very nice meal. We had booked 3 rooms on the third floor which were clean, but each room had an issue with showers either not working or unable to be held on the attachment and... More

Bedroom at this hotel was a good size & comfortable. Bed was good. Overall the hotel needed a re-vamp. Free WiFi, good food in restaurant. Breakfast was too expensive. Pool was very well kept. Smoking in the outside dining area spoilt the enjoyment of meals outside. Being adjacent to the motor racing course there was constant noise of race vehicles... More

There was no racing going on when we stayed, which made things very quiet and relaxing. The hotel itself is nicely done and the staff very accommodating; we had afternoon coffee and dinner in the hotel. The rooms are quite large. The bedroom was acceptable, but the bathroom was old and needed renovation. Would not stay here again.

Rooms We stayed here after a friend booked online, as we were doing 3 days racing on track. Me & my boyfriend had a double executive suite which was lovely and were told it would be 200pounds for 3 nights - so don't panic when you see the room rates at the hotel reception like we did!! Book online though... More

We were travelling North, back to the UK, and this was an overnight stopover for the 3 of us. I had checked the hotel out on this site, and there was nothing terrible said. A previous reviewer is right, it is in a strange location, right next to the race circuit - when no racing is on a fairly desolate... More

The Holiday Inn at Magny-Cours is in a strange location. It is situated on a sort of industrial estate near the racetrack. The hotel staff said that they get a lot of guests from the racetrack. There were few other guests at the hotel while we were there. You can hear the noise of the racing cars from the poolside.... More
