Would just like to say what a fabulous place this is. We were thoughoughly spoilt by our hosts and the little extras were very touching. We will be recommending this to everyone we know and would definatley book to stay there again. This is without a doubt, the best B&B we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. 10/10

We had a fabulous stay with Lillian and Chris and their chickens/cats/dogs! The setting is idyllic, with beautiful countryside all around. Their house is comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Our room was lovely, with a big comfy bed and a great shower. Breakfasts were wonderful - fresh and tasty, with plenty of choice. Our hosts were so welcoming, and their attention... More

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was really comfortable. Chris and Lillian were perfect hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I was really impressed with the detail - the decor, the refreshments, lots of bits and peices to enhance the stay. It was really enjoyable and I'm known to be fussy.... More

My partner and i stayed with Chris And Lillian very recently in a lovely room towards the back of the house . The bedroom was clean, comfortable and a decent size, and the bathroom was huge. The location is great, very rural and quiet, very romantic. We went for a walk in the morning along the river to the very... More

A very warm welcome with tea and cup cakes, exceptional hosts and very attentive without ever being overbearing. The house and location are fabulous and the room extremely comfortable, beautifully presented and with a large en suite. Breakfast was of a very superior standard and with a relaxing and sociable atmosphere created by the hosts we had a very chatty... More

My wife and I stayed here on a trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were impressed with every aspect of our stay. The welcome was warm and genuine. The Topsy Turvy Room was very clean with great character. A taxi was arranged to take us and bring us back from a nearby restaurant. The breakfast was of good quality.... More

The B&B was situated only two miles from Abergaveney and it a secluded countryside location. We were welcomed on arrival by Chris with a cup of team and a home baked cake.We stayed in the "Topsy Turvey room which was in the top floor and benefited from a separate lounge which had tv and music. The outlook over the fields and... More

We stayed in the Topsy Turvy room, which is very much the penthouse suite. In addition to an ensuite bedroom, it also has a spacious separate lounge which is particularly advantageous for us, with me being a much earlier riser than my wife. Well worth paying a bit extra for. A little disappointed that there was no bath, but the... More

We stayed at the Llansabbath Country House back in March and our stay couldn't have been better. Wonderful welcome, wonderful rooms, wonderful bathrooms, wonderful hosts, wonderful breakfast. We would all recommend this place and all hope to be back to stay again one day soon.
