Very pleasant stay. Lovely decorated room, with very comfortable bed. A great nights sleep was had. Personal service from the owners was a delight (tea and some lovely homemade bara brith was lovely on arrival) and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable in good style. I stayed 2 nights in Green room. My boyfriend propoused to me and the owners gave us a shampane to celebrate. Taste food. Home made bread. I will never forgot a scroumbled eggs with salmon. I do Highly recommend this place. Adriana and Sebastian from Northampton :)

This is by far the best bed and breakfast in Wales. I have no complaints whatsoever about the product or the service offered. I received a warm welcome, excellent food and an extremely comfortable room to lay down my head. This place is brilliant value for money, never before have I had the luxury of having my own living room... More

A warm welcome. Our most memorable bed and breakfast stay. Stayed 3 nights at the end of August. Every need was catered for, even down to the good selection of board games that we could play as a family. We were treated to some of Beth`s lovely home made biscuits one evening. Michael advised us to try out the local... More

My partner and I stayed three nights here and wished we could have stayed several more weeks. Not only is this a breathtakingly beautiful place, but the owners, Beth and Mike, were incredible hosts. They greeted us scones and tea upon arriving the first day and regaled us with stories of the area and advice about the best places to... More

I saw the internet details of Frondirion and thought it looked lovely so booked a twin room for a week in September for myself and a friend. We arrived with the tail end of a hurricane to the warmest of welcomes with a log burner full blaze and a ready pot of tea. The internet pictures are fab but even... More

Beth and Michael Rainbird run quite the best of Bed and Breakfasts. Beds were really comfortable, and en-suite well equipped with a pile of towels. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful, and varied to suit my husband’s grain free diet as well as my ordinary one. All our enquiries, and there were many as we had a family wedding, were answered promptly,... More

Fancied a short break with my 7 year old daughter, and felt very lucky to find Frondirion. I can only describe this place as a real gem within Snowdonia National Park. Beth and Mike made us feel very welcome, a real home from home. The inspiring views from our room, tasteful decor and very substantial breakfasts all made for the... More

A fantastic view outside the window of our bedroom which was absolutely clean, well equipped with all comfort (included fresh home made oat and hazel nut biscuits!). Perfect to relax and rest! Beth and Mike, the owners were extremely friendly and welcomed us in the best way. Fresh and home made food in the morning, including the never-tasted before rosehip... More

We stayed here after three days hard cycling and needed a comfortable stop. We couldn't have been better looked after than by Mike and Beth in this well-appointed house with brilliant views overlooking the bay. Beth's delicious home baking and preserves made eating here very special. Already looking forward to going back!
