After visiting Hyatt's for several years, my husband was finally able to take the entire family for a fishing adventure. Don and Brenda make you feel welcome and seem to treat everyone like childhood friends. The cabins are modern, yet you never lose the sense of being in the wilderness. We stayed in the largest one and couldn't have been... More

Drove up from Wisconsin for 12 hours and stayed in cabin #2 the biggest one. Let me tell you, it was a blast from Don teasing me about using the WiFi to talk to my "babes" as he said to the beautiful fish caught everyday. Everyday I got up I knew it would be fun. I would say this place... More

Great fishing & fun. Caught lots of walleye, northern, small mouth, perch and a few lake trout. Service & facilities are excellent. The staff will make sure you're having a good time & joke with you while they take care of you. Good chances of seeing eagles & moose. Beautiful star filled nights. For a family fishing trip, you can't... More

Don & Brenda are great hosts and will do whatever they can to accommodate your trip. Clean and comfortable, modern cabins (especially for a camp that's off the power grid) with full time 24 hr electrical power. The daily rate makes full week trips unnecessary so it's easy to fit your schedule too. A great vacation spot.

Decided on a last minute fishing trip----had been to Hyatts many years before. Really glad we decided to go back. Don and Brenda, and the girls go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. Fishing was good,,,,,plenty of walleyes to eat and never caught so many smallmouths as we did in 4 days.

I have had the blessing of seeing many parts of the world, including luxury resorts and remote, eco-resorts. During the past 11 years, my trips to Hyatts have been some of my greatest experiences. Don and Brenda give their guests a true north woods experience. The lodge, lakes and forests are beautiful. The cabins are perfectly maintained and you can... More

I have been going to Manion Lake since the 1970's , and have always found this the best place to relax and fish. The Hyatts have a great place. The cabins are clean and have all the amenities the fishing is great. Richard E. Duluth Mn

Our group of 8 just got back from a wonderful Canadian fishing trip at Hyatt's. The folks that operate it are great. The cabins are clean and comfortable and the fishing was good, even in the dog days of August. Everyone in our group wants to return next year.

It's difficult to find the words to describe our stay at Hyatt's camp on Manion Lake late June 2012. The accomodations were perfect, the Hyatt Family service was impeccable, they are sole of the earth people, My Dad, brother and chilhood friend had a blast!!! The fishing was better than a dream...Walleye, Smallmouth (2-4 pounders common), and Northern's (from hammer... More

This is a fantastic place to travel for a fishing destination. Don, Brenda, Allison and Alex are very kind and accomodating. The cabins are always very clean and well kept.
