We stayed at Caister from the 7th - 11th July 2014. It was one of those Sun £9.50 deals. We were unfortunately placed in one of the Chalets. Bad points : Holes in cladding, All items old and worn, Holes and torn blinds, curtains hanging off, shelf missing in Fridge ....... and probably one of the worst things was we... More

Come on holiday with my 4 children had a great time. Facility's are great staff very friendly and helpful. Campsite is clean and tidy. Lots to do for kids. The only down side is the mash and barrel restaurant the food is over priced for what it is and it quite clearly is microwaved food. You would be better off... More

Booked early so the price was right at about 52% discounted so reasonably good value for money. A Family Holiday with our 2yr old grandson, had to have the basic chalet to include the dog. The chalet was cleaner when we left than when we arrived as we spent a morning brushing. The park is well situated on a nice... More

We booked our holiday early, in January to be exact, & therefore benefitted from the half price offer, luckily.. as even £482 was daylight robbery. We booked 6 activities passes each for my 15yr old & 10yr old respectively thinking they'd enjoy the "zipwire" "water zorbing" "sports activities" etc... at a cost of £72 The site at first appears pleasant,... We have been to Caister many times before and usually have a wonderful family holiday but this time I was extremely disappointed. We arrived and was allocated a chalet much to the kids disappointment, but we could not be moved as we were only customers that had come through the paper promotion. Once in the chalet, my disappointment grew! It... More

We stayed for 3 nights (Friday to Monday 11th-14th July) Overall we could not fault our Prestige Caravan which was in excellent condition and very well maintained and most importantly clean throughout. However my overall impression of the park is one that is over crowded with Caravans, our view was a our next doors caravan less than 6 feet from... More
