the bed was large enough for one of my legs to fall asleep. I requested a caravan near the beach becay use of my elderly mum but she would have needed to be more farah to have got to it before night fall. NOT value for money If this is prestige, I'd hate to slum it! Caged in Caister

We have just returned today from a weeks holiday at Caister, we all had a fantastic time. The only down sides we had were one of the bedrooms had thick hair on he floor which obviously the cleaners had not cleaned properly and also Mash & Barrel and the Live lounge they need to have staff clearing tables reguarly from... This was our second stay in a privately-owned caravan on this site. The site is quiet and well-kept. The beach isn't the best, but good ones aren't far away. I personally wouldn't pay for the entertainment pass or do any of the activities. The pool although clean and new was just too crammed. The put-on entertainment that we experienced was... More

I arrived with my family on Saturday 9th August and we were booked into a Deluxe Plus three bedroom caravan. We were upgraded on arrival free of charge to a Prestige in the Caister Beach area of the complex. The caravan was clean and comfortable and in a nice location with direct access to the beach. There was a good... More

We stay at this site regularly as my brother owns a luxury caravan there. There is lots to do, with go karting, large slides, and a crazy golf park. There are various activities on at certain times: target shooting, archery and football. There is also zorbing on a pool. I didn't try all the activities. The 'Funworld' has arcades, and... More

This was our 2nd stay at this site. This time we stayed in a chalet as we went with a group of friends and the chalets were all situated close together. The chalets, well what can I say, they need to either be totally refurbished, or just gotten rid of altogether. They are tiny, VERY dated and also the mattresses... More

We've just finished an amazing weekend break here. Easily our best holiday so far. Plenty for our girls, 6 and 3, to do, the slide tower kept them busy for ages and they enjoyed the kids club things. Entertainment was good and the crew worked hard to get everyone involved, even the shyer children. Woman in the shop dressed as... More

Overall Haven Caister is a very good value holiday, we have been several times and have booked again for 2015. We have always had a caravan near to the beach and the beach is amazing when you get weather good enough for it. We wanted a bed removing from one of the bedrooms in order to accommodate a travel cot.... More

We arrived at caister on 8th August. Caravan is prestiage  however there was nothing prestiage about it. The caravan smelt old add If the windows had not been opened and there was a infestation of spiders. Each room had at least 10 spiders on the ceilings.  We returned to reception who stated that they had no other caravans to change... More
