Hmmm, well there is nothing to enjoy about the rooms. No tv, no wifi, not even a microwave, just a plain room and the smell grrrrr. And breakfast is the say thing every morning I had to go buy stuff.I think for the price I payed for me and my family we didn't get our worth, I've seen better for... More

Spent a few nights there and had a great time. Spent a weekend there and by Sunday we were the only ones in the hotel, which sounds like the norm outside of Easter and carnival. The staff is helpful and accommodating and Jeffrey went to great lengths to help sort us out! Maracas beach is really nice, and it's nice... More

Firstly, the staff and the food was excellent.....with that said, to have such a location at one of Trinidad's most famous beaches, management needs to improve their ammenities in terms of rooms, security and guest services.....no tv no wi-fi in the 21st century is completely unacceptable...also staff that was used to interface with guest on arrival, is way below par...doubt... Where do I start?? What a Horrific experience in Trinidad. Checked in on a Thursday. Staff was rude. The kitchen was not open and had to order dinner 2 hours ahead just to get something to eat in time for dinner from their restaurant. Luckily I had the bake and shark on the beach earlier. After taking a car ride... More

Maracas bay is a great place to relax. Nice beach, good swimming. All sorts of Bake and Shark restaurants. This hotel is well situated and was probably really nice when it was opened. Whoever owns it now doesn't really seem interested. The restaurant is usually empty, so is the bar, the grounds were well kept but it's hard to find... More

This place is located in the best side of town overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The beds are the most comfortable beds I had slept in during my entire stay in Trinidad and Tobago. The only two issues were that the place is outrageously overpriced and not good value. The nasty nasty attitude of the Indian woman who I believe was... More

Firstly it costs 60USD one way from the airport to get here which takes about an hour 15minutes. The receptionist that "greeted" us never once smiled and said of course there is wifi although there wasn't. For 550 TT a night, this place could offer a lot more. The beach is alright; good access to the local Bake & Shark... More
