Great stay, family room perfect for cheap price £29. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Near Gullivers World which kids loved. Massive kingsize bed. Did not eat but restaurant in pub. Wifi only 30 mins free which us my only criticism.

it was very friendly and cosy because it is usually big hotel for premier inn but this place was very comfort and friendly staffs were assisted me all the time... bit cold in the room but apart from that it was good

We stayed over the christmas break at this hotel staff were amazing and were lovely to the children also the resturant staff were wonderful food wa great ,the room was lovely and clean will def be staying there again and again.

We had a comfortable stay, bed was great, staff especially at breakfast were lovely but the toaster was broken, bacon microwaved (yuck), and fruit salad was nearly off. Breakfast was also rather expensive, but great that it is free for kids.
