Very comfortable and clean facility. Enjoyed the small rear patios which overlooked the pool area. The breakfast was good with hot selections available. A good spot for those attending the Arizona Opry performances, being just up the road.

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews because we liked this place. This is a good hotel typical of the Best Western brand. We had a ground floor room with a patio facing the pool area. The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom roomy and clean. Only room complaint would be the... More

Stayed here for the second time and it was OK but nothing special like some of the PLUS designated Best Westerns...maybe they should consider that upgrade because it's one of the only hotels around in this area so there's a captive audience. Just little things are done cheaply, from the Kleenix and TP to the actual bed which was not... More

Hotel was average in amenities and appearance. Noise was excessive. I felt like neighbors beside me and above me were in my room with me. I reported the noise above me on my first night and it did get better but overall the entire stay there was noisy. I do not feel as if the quality of noise insulation was... More

You will be charged if you check out early even with sufficient notice(the morning before check out) The walls are paper thin and the rooms have an odor. The person in the room next to me snored so loud that it woke me a couple of times. Sheets are clean but look dingy and are nearly transparent. Breakfast has fresh... More

Don't pay the money for a 2 room suite that is simply an oversized hotel room with a living area. What a rip off to count the sofa area as a room. No doors, so no actual bedrooms. The description of the room is misleading, so buyer beware. Also the staff watches you enter and exit like a hawk, so... More

I think Best Western has gone down hill the past few years. It used to be a good value for your money. I would not pick a Best Western again. They need to upgrade their motel & put some money back into the rooms. Such as linens. Pillows. Beds. Very poor quality!

My daughter decided to get married Super Bowl weekend. This hotel was the only one that didn't take advantage of us. It was a very pleasant experience which we didn't necessarily expect. Thank you all for making our experience so joyous and welcomed.

This room is Motel 6 category, horrible smoking odor in non- smoking room!! toilet broken, door wouldn't latch. This is a $50 room. Needs a remodel if they going to charge what they do. If I had a choice I would defiantly try that, but I needed to stay close to the Mountain Brook area.

Friendly staff and a homey atmosphere. Nice pool area and beautiful views in surrounding area. The rooms could use some updating and they were in the process of doing some of this when we were there. The beds were very hard for me, but my husband liked them. The breakfast was the usual items and seemed a bit over-rated from... More
