Stopped here to have dinner with some extended family while enroute to Florida. Never again. Except for convenience, this place is an embarrassment to the brand. The hallway and our room had a foul odor. The draperies are threadbare, wallpaper is peeling, there are dead lightbulbs in the bathroom and mis-matched paint on the walls and trim. Only one of... My wife booked the hotel through the Decatur Convention & Visitor's Bureau during a US Soccer Regional Tourney hosted there in mid June. Many check-in problems were encountered-- too numerous to list. The entire stay the staff took no responsibility for anything and blamed all problems on the DCVB! They even gave my double room away to guests in our... More

We stay almost exclusively at Domfort Inn. They had a nice motel with discounted rates.for retired military. The room was nice & everything worked like it supposed to work. We took advantage of the pool which was heated & relaxed in their soft luxurious king suite. A little on the dated side but up-to date on the amenities & bedding.... More

When entering our room after a lengthy travel at 7:46 p.m., it smelled terrible. Thankfully, I care a small room spray with me. Then entering the bathroom I saw the shower head was completely covered with mildew. I cleaned it with the bleach wipes I bring. Then when we went to use the towels they smelled dirty and looked dirty.... More

My family stayed at this hotel during our son's baseball tournament. The room was filthy and it smelled so horrible that we had to spray air freshener continuously. The tv stand and night stand were covered with in dust and the bathroom looked as if it had never been clean. Our toilet stopped up and we had to plunge it.... More

I must admit I'm surprised by the good reviews - have stayed in multiple Comfort Inn's and we were very disappointed in the room. We were on 3rd floor - there was a musky odor in the hotel, especially on our floor. Uncertain if it used to be a smoking floor and has still retained the odor. Our refrigerator was... More

I stayed at this Comfort Inn with a sports team and booked through the visitor's bureau. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel was fair. I had to unclog my own toilet after it wasn't done when I was out during the day, and was told by front desk staff that she was too busy and I would have... More

We saw the billboard for this hotel from the interstate and were in need of one so we pulled over. Hotel has free internet (wired) and a heated pool. The pool was on the small side, but that's just what the norm is these days at affordable hotels. A hot breakfast is offered which was a pretty nice touch. The... More

Stopped here on the way to Panama City Beach. It is very convenient as it is right off of the interstate. We booked two rooms since we are traveling with my in-laws. Both rooms were clean and had comfy beds. The rod holding the shower curtain in our bathroom was the only thing I saw in need of some attention.... More

Comfort Inn off i-65 at Decatur/Priceville Alabama is a good place to stop for the night. Very pleasant staff, clean rooms and hot breakfast. That's all we can ask for, right? There's a BBQ place across the field from the hotel that smelled so good. I asked the gal at the front desk when we checked in if it was... More
