My experience was amazing and Bill couldn't do enough for me, even saw me off on the morning of my wedding, which meant a lot seeing as my own father has passed. The bed was the comfiest I have ever laid in ( couldn't... More

What a fantastic find this was ,it was a last minute decision to go away for the weekend and Bill and Shan had a last minute cancellation, how lucky we were. The rooms are very comfortable with en-suite .tv and wi-fi and the breakfasts were superb ,also great banter with Bill around the breakfast table. The barn has been 25 years work... More

Stayed for one night at this delightful idyll while attending a wedding locally. From the moment we booked Bill and Shan extended their warm hospitality; phoning to see we were ok when we were late due to very heavy traffic and even giving our party a welcome lift to the wedding venue! Hilltop Barn sits beautifully in the lovely little... More

Having decided to visit the area for a few days, happened upon Hilltop Barn and were pleased with what we read on their website and the endorsements on tripadvisor. What more can we add, beautiful location, magnificent converted barn, large bedroom with very comfy bed and pillows. Enjoyed the jacuzzi bath in our en suite, would have preferred a more... More

What a perfect weekend we had, staying overnight at Hilltop Barn. The village has to be one of the most beautiful in England, and the accommodation was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best, the other guests were charming, and the owner even dropped all four of us off the next morning to collect our vehicles (where we had left... More

We visited Hilltop Barn two years ago, and was concerned that going back might be a mistake, as sometimes things are never so good the second time around. We need not have worried. Bill & Shan are wonderful hosts who go that extra mile to ensure that everything is comfortable for their guests. Nothing is too much trouble. The standard... More

Excellent B&B. Very high quality room with lots of extras, and the building is full of character. Host very friendly and eager to help with restaurant suggestions and local pub is easy walking distance. Great breakfast to get you started for the day and good to meet and chat with other guests. Good location for visiting Wareham, Corfe Castle, Swanage,... More
