A bit of research lead us to believe that dogs were welcome at the pub. We decided to go for lunch and try it out. The meals were great, prices were good, but the beer garden where we were sent to eat was not the best. No shelter on a 40 degree day, and ants everywhere. Planning on relaxing with... More

had 2 meals here, one on Friday night – their pizza night and once for lunch. The pizza was served quickly & was loaded, it was very tasty & filling, I glad I only had the 9” one. I had a Blinman burger for lunch, it was served reasonably quickly considering the amount of people that had wandered in before... More

Blinman is a small town on the northern edge of the Flinders Ranges National Park. Steeped in history it is a good place to explore. Lots of 4WD tracks start and finish at Blinman so the Blinman Hotel is a good place to enjoy a cold beer and shake off the dust after your day's adventure.

OMG not sure what the previous 2 reviewers were on about !!!! We had the BEST time at this establishment. The staff were incredibly friendly , the food was great and the room was very clean and tidy . We were welcomed with open arms and would definitely return

On a recent family holiday we called in here for an ice cold beer. We had been sightseeing with kids and parents. My 75 year old father waited to be acknowledged for 10 or so minutes and once he was the barman was so rude. He raised his voice and spoke to my dad in a way that left us... More

Had been here many years ago & always had a great time so thought the reviews were consistent with my previous experiences. Well what a disappointment. Arrived for dinner on first night after long drive, about 5:45 to be told by guy on bar that no meals until 6pm but that depends on whether the cook is coming in tonight.... More

We visited the Blinman Hotel on the State Bank Discovery Trial, and found it a charming outback hotel. Despite being in a remote area, the rooms were clean and adequate, the beer cold and the dining room provided wonderful food. Access on bitumen from the south or via the gravel road thru thenHeyson Gorge.

Stayed here overnight whilst taking inlaws around the Flinders. Rooms excellent, clean and comfortable. Meals were great and the bar area is very pleasant. Breakfast is available as a self serve continental in the kitchen which did the job for the next days ttravelling.

If travelling and planning to go through Blinman, the Blinman Hotel offers really good lunches. The chef here knows what he/she is doing. You can choose from a range of 'pub lunches' or slightly more upmarket. A friendly and warm place.
