Took a green ticket cab from the airport for 35 soles; discovered later that you can pay half that by turning left out of the terminal through the staff gate where ordinary cabs wait. I gave my name at reception. Ah yes Expedia. Yes please confirm my room is pre paid. No money received you must call them. No you... More

So I stayed here literally for 5 hours at the most. I flew in from USA at 10:30. By the time I arrived at the hotel it was probably midnight. I showered and crashed and had a quick bite of food before I took hotel transfer back to airport for a 6 am cusco flight. That being said, shower was... More

This seemed one of the only affordable places near the airport. Postive about breakfast (egg, juice, bread, jam and good coffee) It's a small bed and you will hear the planes. I could also hear our neighbours talk, but the fan disguised that a bit. Only visa was working, as other credit cards with a chip didn't seem to work.... More

We stayed in for just one night before a morning flight to Cusco. It was close enough for the airport and reasonably cheap for Lima, which were our main considerations. The $30 2-way airport transfers was good, especially arriving, since they wait with a sign with your name - very helpful since the arrivals area is very busy. The service... More

Worked for us on the return. Free shuttle. I ALWAYS check my bill, i seldom get jacked, then again I speak Spanish. It's amazing how many people have attempted bill jacking but don't speak a word of Spanish. It's Latin America, that's what they do, stay on yoru toes, expect it, and call them on it...no big deal. Lucky me... More

Stayed for one night to avoid sleeping at the airport. Very basic but you get what you pay for. Service was friendly. Other reviewers have complained about the airplane noise but it was a non-issue for us. The transport service from/to the airport worked perfectly.

Where to begin. It would be quieter to sleep at the airport. The hotel is right under the flight path for airports landing, and is right over a very busy street. The walls are paper thin -- you will hear noise from both inside and out. There is also a transom thing for some strange reason over your door, so... More

After half a year, I received a Western Union payment of 60,- USD which compensates the cost of the room I had booked at the hotel. For whatever reasons there were difficulties with the Western Union transaction, which delayed the reimbursement, and which caused even more back and forth im emailing and running to the Western Union representatives several times... I stayed at the Manhattan Inn after a long flight from Canada before my flight the following morning into Iquitos. The room was very spartan yet clean, it had Wi-Fi electricity & a hot shower. The service was certainly not stellar yet they were friendly. It can be a bit noisy as the halls seem to really carry sound, luckily... More

We stayed at the Manhattan Airport hotel twice during our stay in South America. In two months of traveling, and 30 different hotels - this one was BY FAR THE WORST. Transportation Charges - The transportation charge is supposed to be $20 for a van for 4 people, and $15 for a car for two people - each way from... More
