The moment we arrived the staff made us very welcome. We had lunch in the restaurant and the meals were of excellent quality and large servings. We stayed for 2 nights at the wonderful otway estate cabins. The in floor spa was to die for and the setting was wonderful, listening to the birds and sitting in front of the fireplace was just what we needed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but we were very disappointed with the accommodation, especially as our friends & my husband & I had paid $1400 for 5 nights! We expected 5 star accommodation, but in reality it was more like 2 star accommodation. Our meal & the service at the winery restaurant was very good.
