Recently stayed in the Garden Room. Although room is very small everything is catered for. Kate is a lovely lady and made us feel very welcome. Even though our dog (Lexi) didn't much care for her dogs she made sure her's were always kept inside when Lexi was out and about. Excellent breakfast too!

great welcome from Kate, with a well earned cup of tea, Kate was very helpful as my husband is disabled, we had the garden room which had plenty of room for us (not suitable for wheelchair access) and another member of our party stayed in one of the other rooms, beautiful farm house, well looked after. We had a lovely... More

This is a wonderful B&B. I arrived with my wife and 2 kids (6 and 8 years old). I don't think we are the typical guests at Kate's. We are city dwellers, not English, and not into dogs. The house is well-preserved and restored with lots of character. It is situated in a conservation area. You are really in a farm... More

We had a 2 night stay in this lovely old farmhouse and instantly was made to feel at home by Kate. We had the small family room with a separate bathroom. When we stay again we will go for the large family room as my husbands huge and my kids are growing fast so a bit more room would have... More

2 weary people, one chocolate lab, in need of a break; felt at home instantly when we arrived late and kate offered us a gin after a stressful journey. 2 night stay wasn't long enough. The beds are fabulous as was the breakfast and if you love old buildings/history this farm is a must.

Stayed 2 nights whilst attending the River Cottage cookery school. Warm welcome by Kate, with offer of tea/coffee and home baked biscuits when we arrived. Room lovely size with adequate ensuite and, surprise, toiletries provided! The garden is huge - a real bonus for us as we had taken our Golden Retrievers with us. Guest lounge really cosy with inglenook... More

We stayed here with our toddler and 7 month old baby for 3 nights. The large family room was lovely with plenty of room for us all and was very clean. The en suite didn't have a bath but Kate was kind enough to let us use a bath in one of the other bathrooms to bathe the kids. We... More

My partner & I stayed here with our 4 month old baby for 3 nights over the Easter weekend. This was our third visit to Kate's Farm & will definitely not be our last! We absolutely adore this B&B as well as it's owner, Kate. We were welcomed and our every need taken care of as usual. We stayed in... More

We stayed 3 nights and from the moment we arrived it felt like home. Kate and her dogs made us feel very welcome and even included us on few of the dog walks which our kids loved. There was a fantastic cosy log fire and toys which our youngest could play with during our stay. Breakfast was always fresh and... More
