When we arrived, we were given our room key and all instructions, which was fine, until we got to the room and found that it was a room that had not even been made up from the last customers. Had to get switched to another room which seemed to create a little confusion for the staff at first. Apart from... More

We were very excited to visit Tasmania ahain, after 20 years. But our first stop very disappointing as it appeared nice looking at the gardens but once you go in is like going back in time. I am sure when it was built it was great but that was probably back in the 80's and nothing has been renovated or... More

Meals here are very generous serves. Prompt service by friendly staff. Would recommend you try it for yourself. I took a friend along and we enjoyed the outside dining area and the Sunshine and light breeze

Bought an online deal and used it to tour Tasmania, yes does need a lot of TLC but still has a lot going for it exspecially if travelling with children - we loved the mini golf which we were able to use at anytime no charge, breakfast was your typical resort breakfast but plenty of it and for dinner found... My partner and I took our 2 girls up for the weekend and stayed in a 2-bedroom chalet at a cost of $215 for the night. The place was in a total state of disrepair - all windows were either very hard to open or just broken completely..the handle actually falling off in my hand. The balcony doors were somehow... More

Stayed in a 2 bedroom chalet, 1 double, upstairs with 3 singles, and kitchen facilities. Rooms are fairly basic (could do with some updating) but clean, grounds are well kept. Kids love the jumping pillow/mini golf (extra cost), and indoor pool. There's a lake and chapel with a nice walking track. Supermarket nearby in Legana, Tamar Island wetlands, Glengarry maze... This was my husband and my first weekend away from our kids in 6 years and was very excited about having a romantic getaway. We bought the deal through Luxury Escapes. This is supposed to be a 4 star resort but to be honest I would class it as a 3 star and definitely not what I call a resort... More

I noticed some villa units look older than others (in need of a little repair) but inside are in good condition. Beds were ok. Some units have died Ning tables , ours didn't but that's ok. We stayed for 3 nights with friends and thought the bistro was average price with great tasting meals.. Our unit backed onto the golf... More

We were their with friends for a Harley Davidson Rally. The facilities at the resort are great but the accommodation (at least in the chalets) were overpriced. The chalets are run down and not very clean. In desperate need of painting and refurbishing. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. The utilities were minimum to say the least. Our bedroom lights...
