Location Location is good, just any other island resort that I have been to, moderate travel is needed upon stepping foot on the port. Not sure if they do port transfers. I did not bother as I wanted to feel the island via motorbike Service Despite the negative reviews on customer service, I find it very well and. Resort staff... More

Santiago Bay does not have many accommodations to offer, so besides the small guest houses this is the only hotel. The view from the garden and the pool is very nice but that is about it. The rooms are way overpriced because the interior is very basic and a bit old and it's loud, the walls are not well isolated.... More

the stay in the hotel was pleasant. they have 2 infinity pools so you can go to the other pool if one is jam packed. the room is spacious and somehow clean. (there are clutters left on the trash bin). the bulb inside the bathroom was not working, there was no phone inside the room so you have to go... More

Ok the rooms may not be fancy but they are functional. No hot water, but you wont miss it. They have aircon and they do the job. The best part is the location of the resort. This is the best beach in Camotes islands and one of the best beaches in the Philippines. The resort has a couple infinity swimming... More

After reading mixed reviews we decided to chance staying here for 2 nights primarily based on the fantastic beach location. We opted for the bay view room with private balcony offering uninterrupted views of the bay and beach. For a rate of PhP 2,800 (breakfast not included) I don't expect luxury but would have expected a certain degree of comfort... More

I make bookings based on the reviews I read. Since Santiago Bay has good feedbacks, i decided to book a family room for one night. Response rate thru email and mobile is fast. They also arranged the multicab driver who will pick us up from the port and tour us around. (Driver Lito is courteous and nice. Highly recommended! ask... More

'Santiago' has a good beachfront location with 2 swimming pools and great view from the ocean-view rooms. Our room was clean and cosy and had a balcony facing beach (which is public, but pretty clean), we had no maintenance problems, so won't be able to rate resort's service in this terms. The only little disappointment was that most of their... More

We were fortunate to have arrived at night time. Just imagine our delighted surprise with the unforgettable view of the shallow, wide, white sanded beach which greeted us in the morning's light. It was spectacular! Unfortunately it is the resort's ONLY outstanding feature. God alone deserves the credit for it. Our initial favourable impression didn't last long. Reception of our... More

We ended up staying here on the 2nd since it was our only choice. ( See my review on Pito's Sutokil ) The price wasn't bad at all. I think it came down to like $36 per night. The hotel view was excellent! Breathtaking..... The hotel grounds was ok. Lots and lots of stairs. We walked from the beach to... More

The hotel facilities were basic: - AC - 2 beds (which were larger than I expected, good for 2-3) - bathroom - TV (don't think they had cable) - closet (which we didn't really use); and - a vanity table with a big mirror The view on the second floor is great and they have chairs and a table outside...
