I stayed for 5 nights to go scuba diving. Resort well set up. However service was poor. No room cleaning service. Even had to ask for toilet paper. Restaurant was adequate. Little stock. Usually only one shake available: each day no mango, no banana or no pineapple! Even ran out of beer one night. Sinigang (soup) was good. I booked... More

I fell in love with the island! The resort however, not so much. Although the ocean and the beachfront are breathtaking; the rooms could use a bit of an upkeep. Some cabinets didn't close and the room's door (room 6 was ours that time) was very very hard to open/close. We didn't get to try the resort's food and also... More

This resort is a simple laid back one with comfy rooms , nice outside restaurant and good position. No fridge in the room but roomy and beachfront. Fairly close to Consuelo town and wharf and other attractions. Not great for swimming as even at high tide not a lot of water but pretty beach and surroundings .Pool is useless as... More

My family and I stayed at the Paradise beach hotel next door and were looking at extending our stay so walked to Rock resort next door to enquire and have look at their facilities. First thing we notice was the crowds and the noise. The reception area was outside by the gateway in, under a little roof. We said to... More

We recently spent 3 days/nights on Camotes and stayed here (pre-booked) for our first night. Booking was done via email and no deposit needed. Check-in was low key and smooth. Staff friendly, good service. We were originally booked to stay 3 nights but didn't realise it was cash only payment and we didn't bring enough money with us for accommodation,... More

Mangodlong Rock Resort is a true get-away. Near Cebu, yet hard to reach and gorgeous. Mangodlong Rock Resort is as pretty as the pictures, with a wonderful soft sand beach and picturesque headlands. I'd go again, specially after figuring out how to get a reservation and to get to the resort. Mangodlong Rock Resort has no web site. You e-mail... More

In Mangodlong Rock Resort, you only have 3 rooms to choose from. Beach front rooms, Beach front family rooms and Coco grove rooms. Since family rooms we're already reserved for other guests, the last option we had was to stay at Coco grove. Its actually a 2 minute walk from the beach front and the main resort itself. I interviewed... More

We discovered this place as we went around to pass the time since we were stranded caused by the typhoon Quinta. We were accommodated at the other resort but came here for sightseeing and for dinner. The Rock cliff was the attraction. The sandy beach was also a plus. Food here is not expensive, though it was not the best,... More

Spent my birthday in the island. It's beautiful. Very quiet and it's perfect with it's own private beach since I don't like crowds when I'm in the beach. Most of the rooms are facing the beach so it's majestic. The rock formation is amazing and it looks like it's great for diving (I don't swim so I don't dive) The... More
