The rooms are ordinary but clean and cheap if can be booked under a member's rate. The surrounding facilities are great from the point of view that most places/ entertainment can be reached without being exposed to the cold as they are underground and various condos/ hotels are interconnected. We had fun at the resort and the room which is overseeing the ski resort is fantastic. The hotel is a old but the room is very clean... Overall the experience is good.. Winter friends is the agency we used and they are very helpful and the overall service was good

The resort itselft is quite huge, and there are numerous activities you can do. Also, there are many different types of restaurants and pubs, which by the way the price is quite reasonable (They are not overcharging the travellers!) The lobby is huge, and then the rooms we got were not. We got the 2 bedroom type, complete with kitchen, dining, and living room, with balcony.
