Most uncomfortable stay ever. Rather have tent camped. My sleeping bag is more comfortable than the hard, stiff sleep number(any number), plastic wrapped bed. The couch/futon was worse than siting on rocks. Do not stay in cabins! Demand lake front condos/cabins.

This was the worst experience EVER in cabin #4 The cabin was disgusting!! There were dust balls in every corner and dog hair all over the floor. The stove top didn't light without having to use a match. The fridge froze all our food! The sheet on the futon was full of who knows what that caused my girls to... More

We stayed in cabin 21, our friends were in cabin 24 and 101. We arrived early and were greeted by a nice woman at the desk. We had a small mix up with my credit card as I had reserved 2 cabins the credit card company thought it was a duplicate and returned the deposit on one. The woman at... More

We did not know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The cabin was a 30 second walk to the lake and had a great view. The cabin itself was clean and came with all the necessities. The beds were a bit hard and not the best blankets or sheets. I recommend bringing your own pillow. Despite this, I... More

We had a wonderful time here. We booked it after a busy week in the mountains where most other cabins were unavailable. At first we thought there must be something wrong with it since it was so reasonably priced. Turned out, this is the best stay I've ever had in Big Bear. The cabin was actually quite roomy with plenty... More

We stayed in #56 for three days with fresh powder on the ground. The weather was very cold outside (as low as 3 degrees F at night), but the heater in the room was Awesome and kept us warm. The room was moderately clean, but don't expect it to look like a hotel room in the city. It's a mountain... More

My husband and I absolutely love coming up to Big Bear and staying in these cabins. They are so rustic and clean. We have stayed in the same cabin twice and we love it. Its a nice getaway for us and we will continue to come up here and enjoy the cabins.

If your looking for 5 star, this is not for you. If your looking for a real rustic get away that's pet friendly, then come here!! The staff are great and very helpful. My wife and I stayed in a little cabin in the woods for two days. It was very accommodating and clean. Everything you need for your stay.... More

Me, my girlfriend and my dog Simba came up to Big Bear during this past Labor Day Weekend. Reading all the reviews about Big Bear cabins for Less, I honestly say, I was a bit afraid to proceed with my reservations but I still did and must say, I am very HAPPY that I did. I rented cabin #31. LOVED... More
