First, this is definitely one of the most interesting hotels I've every stayed in. It reminds me of staying in an Ewok village from "Return of the Jedi" or staying in a tree house. The view of the stars from your balcony is incredible. The service is in the restaurant is pretty poor, but I've noticed that Chileans won't win... More

We ( my wife and I, no children) stayed for 2 nights in the Nothofagus accommodation (room 3). It is a hotel that you want to visit for its unusual construction, set in the forest, and part of a real attempt to take visitors back to nature. The room was very comfortable and despite its proximity to the lounge and... More

I loved the hotel and the spa. We are a couple in our 40s, no children and I would suggest no admission to children to the spa. There are signs asking for silence but parents seem to ignore it and bring their children to the so-called "relaxing room". If you can afford it choose NAWELPI lodge, much intimate.

This very expensive hotel / place should be wonderful ... Set in the forest biosphere, interesting design, natural building materials, spa, pool, restaurants ... Etc However, all is not as it appears. Restaurant service is either self-service for an average looking buffet or extremely slow for menu a la carte dining (we waited more than 25 mins) for a waiter... More

On the plus side, we loved the hotel and our room, which was in the main hotel, was clean and comfortable. Okay, we could see the rooftops of other parts of the hotel, but the view was mostly lush trees and vegetation. We enjoyed the trails which they offered and the small pool and jacuzzi. We ate in the hotel... More

This was a bit of a disappointment as it had been sold to us as an Eco type hotel. The maintenance of the place has not been maintained and many areas and walks were not open or not working (I do have to add that we were there in off season but this didn't make a difference to the price).... More

The only description we had of the hotel was that it was '.....quirky with tree-house pretensions shaped like an ice cream cone......'. Well, nothing can prepare you for your first glimpse especially when you get inside and see the spiral walkway that give out to the rooms at the side and the tree in the centre of the atrium climbing... Great place to stay. It consists of 2 hotels: Nothofagus and Magic Mountain. We stayed in Magic Mountain which is really magic. Very nice staff, good breakfast and nice trails to hike. Also for children nice boardwalks and trails. Don't forget to go to the swimming pool of the hotel. After all day hiking this is very relaxing, there are... More

Stayed with family for 2 nights in a standard room with great view. One extra bed fits into the room . The whole hotel area is nice with plenty of activities around to chose from. The hotel is rather expensive but very comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel is a crazy construction completely in wood and only the architechture of... More

As someone interested in nature and architecture I could not believe what I was seeing when I arrived and the words, What the .....! left my mouth. Fortunately it was just my partner and I in the car. It was his surprise and I was definitely surprised a giant tree house in the forest, all of a sudden I was... More
