Group of 4 grabbed a deal on 2 double/ twin rooms on a Saturday evening. From the time we arrived until departure nothing was too much effort to make the trip a winner. The pluses were the great staff, friendly smiles everywhere, simply sensational beds everyone commented on the mattresses and covers…total blackout curtains which made for a great nights... More

Stayed for 2 nights for business meetings. For this purpose, the hotel is entirely adequate. Clean, quiet, good block-out curtains. Bed not great, but not a deal-breaker for future stays. The hotel is co-located with the 'Tradies Club' which provides the meal options. Buffet breakfast is okay, but only used this for quick convenience. Dinner there one night was good.... More

Lift was not working properly. We were stuck in the lift for 20min. We had to use the fire stairs for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was basic and not enough food. Room was big and clean though. Air conditioning was very old, noisy and not working properly. It was too far away from the main touristic atractions .

Check-in was smooth as were the directions to our apartment-style room (which had a corner view from the bedroom of the intersection). As far as econo-lodges go, this was clean, heated up quickly to beat the chilly 6’ outside, and served our purpose (being close to the Mint for our early morning visit).

Good location for business stay. Could walk to shopping centre with many restaurants to choose from. Room was very clean and comfortable. Had a nice little balcony. For a business trip especially I would definitely recommend.

We've stayed here several times over the last year, and it has been ok until this most recent visit over last weekend. The room itself was spacious and the bed/pillows comfortable, but there were two things which were problems. The least annoying was that the rubbish bin was not emptied and was left full after the first day's housekeeping. The... More

I recently stayed at the Quality Hotel for 1 night over the Anzac Day long weekend and was extremely happy with my choice. As I have three children I wanted a reasonably priced option that was within easy travelling time from all the major amenities so I was thrilled when I was able to secure an advance purchase rate on... We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, there was enough room for a cot in the bedroom and the sofa bed was comfortable. The room was clean and tidy and well laid out. The service was excellent, our requested room configuration wasn't available when I booked online and they called within minutes to le tme know and give me other... More

Travel for work a fair amount and usually stay with relatives during my frequent trips to Canberra. However this time I needed some last minute commercial accommodation and the Quality Inn was the closest option. I was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. I was upgraded to an apartment, which was spacious and well set out. Bathroom was spacious,... More

Stayed here for 2 nites, bed config was a queen and a single. Room and bathroom decor was dated but clean. Bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable but price was cheap so can't complain really. Hotel has only one small excruciatingly slow lift, we ended up using the stairs as it was a long wait. Not for older ppl if... More
