I booked this having read great reviews of this hotel on Trip Advisor. One person said it is hard to find. Just look for the massive red factory when you come off the motorway its right behind that building. The factory buzzes, bells ring and it thumps all night. The TV in the cafe is on til late which is... More

What a wonderful find ! Absolutely beautiful hotel. The greeting on arrival was so welcoming and as it was very hot, they served us ice cold drinks in the courtyard - garden area, which was really pretty and shaded. I can't fault the service, especially for dinner, which was delicious and beautifully presented. The rooms, especially the bathrooms are really... More

We have just spent the night here and would love to stay on but have to go. Anna and her team have made this like home from home for us. From the time we arrived we have felt welcome and the room, dinner, breakfast all beautifully cooked and presented. We would recommend this to anybody. It was a little tricky... More

A great stop over to break our journey heading north to Bilbao. Charming farmhouse conversion to the highest standard. Warm welcome and lovely staff. Thanks to Eva and Patricia. Lovely meal at night and all at very reasonable prices. We will return again.

We have stopped for breakfast en route to Santander several times and loved the setting. Our ferry as late arriving in Santander and even though we only had 2 and 1/2 hours left to our destination, we were in need of a break as it was getting late. Thankfully the Hotel had a room available, brilliant and an excellent set... More

We stopped here on our way through Spain - it's an old railway hotel and the railway station still exists, even though it's in the middle of nowhere! 23 km from Teruel, it has amazing views all around. The bedrooms are beautiful, all ensuite with beams and great views. We had dinner there (not much option unless you drive 23km... More

This charming hotel is a great find and its attractive ambiance makes it a hotel we shall re-visit. The welcome and personal service offered is second to none but fluent English should not be expected. There are interesting architectural features incorporated into the building and combined with the eclectic decor this makes for something of a "Wow!" factor. Our room... More

What a charming surprise. Rooms vary in size but all decorated nicely and very clean. Wonderful owner. Lovely setting area. Cafe open all day and evening. Best surprise were the gourmet dinners which were unbelievable. Would definitely stay again. Dinner is a MUST. All staff went out of their way for our group.

We stayed three nights at this hotel on the half board rate (amazing value at EURO 110.00 a night). The hotel is in a very remote location but inside is warm and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and willing to help (to the extent of providing a dinner menu in English for us as we were struggling with our... More

On the positive side this is a clean and very comfortable hotel, it has air con and good sized rooms and is peaceful and quiet - except for the music (see later). Car parking is quite safe and secure. On the negative side, the hotel is over a mile away from the town of Puebla del Valverde - pretty much... More
