Just returned from a short stay at this little Gem. The night before our stay my partner received a call from David offering offering us reservations at the resturant and asking if we needed help advice or anything special for our stay. We arrived friday around Midday.... We thought check in was at 12, Arrived and realised it was 2pm.... More

With there being a shortage of accommodation in Cheddar, where we needed to be for the weekend, we found this hotel and were very pleased that we did as it's location away from the main road traffic was ideal. The restaurant food and staff were excellent and the whole place had a very pleasant ambience. We will certainly go back.

My wife and I booked our stay on the Internet. When we arrived we could not believe what a lovely building it was. The view from the bar terrace and our room was absolutely stunning. The service was very good as was the cleanliness of the room. Wonderful stay! Would definitely stay again.

After a very long drive and ferry trip from Spain we used the inn as a one-night stopover and watering hole before completing our journey to Glasgow. The service was excellent and everything we have come to expect from Premier Inns throughout our travels over the last 8 years. The reception staff were professional, friendly, welcoming and informative about all... More

Pretty much average Premier Inn set in an older hotel with an attached Brewers Fayre. Two things set it out from others however. 1. It's located in a lovely spot among rolling hills and has a nice raised beer garden out front to enjoy the view. Very pleasant. The staff are all genuinely friendly and efficient. It's about 7 miles... More

Book a room to stay the night before an early flight. Just before I left home for the hotel I found out my flight had been cancelled, so booked an alternative with no means to print the boarding passes. I called the hotel and the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. When I checked in a couple of hours later,... More

The unique selling point of Premier Inns is the good nights sleep guarantee, which is why we decided on this location for a one night stay while visiting our son. The hotel reception is hidden away out of sight to the right of the main building but if you trust the signage and persevere you will find your way to... More

The Sidcot is not a Harvester, but, a Brewers Fayre with a Premier Hotel attached to it. Misleading to show it under the banner of Harvester, and the food and drinks are all very good. Any complaints, ask to see Katherine, she will sort everything and everyone out!
