The Eurotel Victoria is a wonderful, family run hotel where the staff go out of their way to provide excellent, personal and welcoming service. The hotel is well situated at the end of the town but well within walking distance to the quaint village and ski slopes. We stayed on a half - board basis and the breakfasts and dinners... More

Visited for just two nights this time and enjoyed the fun New Year Gala dinner which as ever was fantastic. Hotel is very well run with caring and attentive staff. We didn't ski on this occasion but we're content with our winter walks. All in all a great hotel. Free internet appreciated

What is there to say..... but thank you to the Wartner family! Since February 2006 we have enjoyed Eurotel Victoria in the Diablerets thanks to the super team and staff, excellent service, wonderful dinners and terrifc hotel... all "en famille" with a very warm and convivial reception and ambiance. We can't wait for February to be "home" again for our... More

This hotel is a fine refuge from whatever nuisance you are hiding from. High in the Swiss Alps, it offers big, comfortable rooms furnished with massive wood doors and furniture and complete with a small covered terrace with a quaint view of the surrounding mountains. The service is impeccable and you can reach the ground floor swimming pool, gym and... More

OK, so rooms and bathrooms may be in need of modernizing, but they are clean, comfortable, spacious, with lots of storage space and a large balcony, so really what more to ask for ? The food is good and plentiful (although it would be a nice touch if full board also included afternoon snacks / hot drinks). The staff are... More

The hotel is quite big and 5 minutes walk (with ski boots) from the lifts. The rooms are quite spacious and comfy, though the decoration is late 60s/early 70s. The restaurant is inexpensive and food is ok considering the low price of the half board. The personnel is a big plus of this place: they are always ready to efficiently... More

I have been here during a conference, and my stay was perfect. Food was good, alternating between fish and meat dishes. Wi-fi connection was fast and efficient. Bathroom big, with lots of space where to keep toiletries (unusual for hotels). Sauna and pool also a plus!

This family-run hotel shares many perks with large, chain hotels - but without the corporate feel. Excellent, welcoming service in this little Swiss town. Rooms are simple, but comfortable. The views outside are so wonderful, I'm not sure whey you would want to spend a lot of time in the room anyway! Excellent food, especially My only complaint is that... More

Yes the rooms are dated but ours was comfortable and clean. The food in the hotel is absolutely delicious and worth the bill! Staff are friendly and lobby/bar is modern and nice looking. The hotel is very well situated for the conference centre and also the kids slope and beginners slope! This was a BIG PLUS for us as we... More

The hotel is old, and although several areas have been recently refurbished (lobby and restaurant), the rooms we had were very 1970s and fairly spartan, but comfortable. We had an eight-course New Year gala dinner there that was flawlessly organized and the food was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel is next door to a skating rink and five minutes... More
