This is the place to go if u need a couple of days guaranteed R&R. Location - Mountains, Lake ..................... u will not be disappointed. The hotel is directly on the lake. My wife and I stayed two nights in Junior Suite 312 in October, 2011. This was not an ideal time to visit Switzerland, but at least the William Tell Pass (boats, busses, and mountain lifts) was two-for-one in September and October. Stayed here for a week with business, so I can't comment on value (although having seen the cost of spa treatments - I don't think it's cheap!). My wife and i stayed here because we wanted a place which was near lucerene but not in busy or tourist settIng. This place was perfect, right on the lake. A wonderful refurbished charming hotel! Very nice, quite and clean rooms with plenty of extras. Modern bathrooms. Excellent service. Small but very nice bar next to the lobby. Outstanding gourmet restaurant "Sens", as well as a nice garden restaurant offering some mediterranean cuisine! This hotel is top, nothing to complain!
