Just had a very pleasant stay at the Bel Air. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable price. This is one of the best locations in Leysin as it is next to the lift and close to the village. Rooms are functional. Highly recommended. more

I had a similar experience to previous writers. The manager made extra false charges at the end of our stay. The rooms were overcrowded. There were inadequate fire safety provisions. Several of the rooms had a smell of sewage and a number of our group became sick. I would advise anyone not to stay at the Au Bel Air. more

The stay was terrible and the manager was so angry all the time. He charged us for things we didn't do.
