Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. Provided all information required for the stay. Hotel room was nice and cozy. It has a small balcony. Shower water was very powerful. Easy parking and nice view.

We had a 3 night stop at this hotel on a coach tour. Super drive up the mountain to this hotel. From the outside it does not look great. However when you enter the building you are treated to an old Swiss chalet look which works really well - stunning. The views from the hotel are also stunning. The staff... More

So never going to be the cheapest place on the planet but overall great value. The family room was a good size and I just loved the Chalet style decor. Wifi coverage was good in the hotel and it has a swimming pool, which is a bonus. The only disappointment was the food, we had breakfast and in my opinion... More

This was our second time at this establishment and we had a restful stay. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights which interconnected although this is not what we booked some 3 weeks earlier on booking.com. The hotel called a week before our travel and advised that our originally booking of a two bedroom apartment was not available but nicely... More

This is the fourth time we stayed here and the place never lets us down. Receptionists are AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with bunk bed, and three extra beds, can fit the whole family or group of friends. The balcony is big enough for everyone to sit outside and enjoy stunning views. If you have a son... More

Our family stayed for 2 nights, in 2 connecting rooms on the 5th floor, in rooms facing the absolutely beautiful mountain and valley scenery. Both spacious well prepared rooms had good size balconies where we enjoyed the morning and evening views. The location of the rooms were midway down a long hallway, away from the elevator, which made for a... More

Stayed for 2 nights and the only problem we had was that the hotel was very hard to find (even with GPS) during night time, when we arrived. Otherwise, we were very happy with the amenities and the service. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, the swimming pool / hot tub / sauna all very clean and well maintained.... More

If you are coming to Leysin for the view, then this hotel is for you. We had friendly service both at reception and in the dining room. The dinner was good and breakfast was decent. The room was large and had a balcony with a great view. The room could be updated, but otherwise it was nice and clean. Wifi... More

While Leysin is more for winter sport, we choose to visit in Summer to mix with school boys and girls and senior travelers in this hotel residence. The hotel picked us up from Leysin-Feydey train station. Upon checking in, lady in Reception provided us with guest cards and all information with lovely friendly smile. We spent three days hiking, photographing... More

Just returned from a trip to Leysin with a coach party. This hotel is great, very welcoming staff and very efficient and helpful. Wonderful location and couldn't ask for a better view from our balcony, we were on the 7th floor and it was fantastic. The lifts are very quick. Our room was spotless and we had a choice of... More
