We stayed at the Mercure Classic Hotel for two nights in February. Rather a nice and clean place... compared to a cheap nursing home. I don't understand how they got their fourth star... A total nightmare, after travelling for so many years this is definitely the worst dump ever. The room standard seems to depend on which part of the hotel you are in. The main hotel building has very nice rooms (large, clean, some with excellent views etc). This hotel is comparable to a Best Western. It was extremely clean and the food was very tasty. The furniture looks like it's from the 1980's... but the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.
