very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, squeaky clean and comfy albeit not too big room. adjacent to burgerbad hotsprings, perfect to relax after a day skiing on the mountain. easy 10min walk to torrent-airtram. if sensitive to noise request room not facing the burgerbad.

This hotel made the worst part of my vacation, though in general the service was fairly well. I stayed in the middle of October. The room faced Burgerbad. Thus the air around the hotel is wet. And it will be wet inside if you open the window. The air distinctly smells with chlor as far as the water in Burgerbad... More

Nice hotel with outstandingly friendly people who work at the reception, we got so much information about what to do and where to go. The hotel price included the entrance to the termal bath next to the hotel as well as the mountain gondola, the man at the reception was so nice to let us use the thermal bath ticket... More

Indeed this hotel is right next to the Burgerbad alp therms, so be prepared to have noise if you leave your window open and/or you want to stay on your balcony. But that's the whole attraction of the hotel: you want to go to the therms! (it's included in the price of the room BTW). You cannot get any closer... More

This hotel is nice, we stayed for a week end and had no problem. The room is not big, but it's OK, and the bed is confortable. The TV is a LCD but really small. In summer you can enjoy the balcony, in winter it's not really useful... :). The bathroom is great, very stylish. The breakfast is very good... More

Loved our stay in Leukerbad and the Hotel Viktoria made it even better! We wanted to stay in the Swiss Alps within driving distance from Zermatt, Chamonix and Lake Geneva. Hotel Viktoria in Leukerbad was perfect! We hired a car and whilst the drive up to Leukerbad was windy the roads were in excellent condition and we had no problems.... More

Great service, bright and clean rooms, hearty breakfast. Very convenient location for the Burgerbad and city centre restaurants - all one needs after skiing all day. About 7 min walk to the main ski lifts or there is a bus stop next to the hotel. A perfect place for a week away.

Hotel Viktoria was just awful. There were so many things wrong with this place, it is a wonder they were able to achieve a three star rating. 1.) Sheets were not only thin, but pilled too.
