Very friendly hotel with helpful staff. Room - with balcony - was a reasonable size, simply furnished and with a good sized bathroom. Breakfast was good. We didn't get chance to use the spa but it looked impressive. We loved the hotels own mini lift to the cable car, the alex express, saving us an uphill struggle with our skis.... More

Nice small Hotel with good spa facilities. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Cards for cable-car available at the reception. Rooms and deco are a little bit oudated but clean.

rooms are maybe old fashioned in furniture but are big, clean and the balcony is amazing. the owners are nice, polite and i probably would never change hotel when i go in leukerbad. easy to reach the promenade with a small cable car... great parking spa inside...very nice and convenient

The rooms looked better in person than the not-so-appealing photos on their (german only) website. The beds were comfortable and the room sufficiently large, but not huge.
