Problems with the reservation and charges. We were billed for a night even after we were told that it was ok to leave one day early as we requested. We were also billed twice for half board. good thing we caught it.. more

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days but staff were so rude and aggressive on my arrival that i refused to stay here (they could not find my booking and decided that this was 100% my fault and as i was pregnant suggested that this was probably my hormones!). We stayed here in Feb 2004, valentine's day weekend which we booked directly from the hotel website for a 3 day, 2 night stay. Hotel was easy to find from bus stop, staff was polite, and our room was modern and clean.
