Great hotel, fantastic location on the bank surrounded by lovely properties, Reception staff extremely helpful. Had an enjoyable meal in a very understated dining room. Only down side was that the bathroom was very small but having said that i would not hesitate to return here

The lake view rooms are very nice and the only criticism is the size of the bathroom. If you do not like soft pillows they do not have an alternative. While the view from the lake side of the hotel is truly stunning, the rest of the hotel is very utilitarian. The hotel is situated 15 meters from Vierwaldstettersee, and the view is awesome. The rooms were nice and clean, and quite large, with a balcony. Had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Gourmet dinner was a treat. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff very friendly.
