The room was clean, but the breakfast buffet service was far from satisfaction. The attendants are not listening to us when we asked to bring coffee cups. They were slow to take the used plates from our table. The hotel was crowded by group tourists.

The hotel is only five minutes from Zurich airport. Airport can be accessed by either tram or shuttle bus. Rooms are large and comfortable. This Novotel property is perfectly located for travelers using the Zurich airport who also also want to see the city. The tram stop (#10) is only a few steps away. On all my previous visits the hotel was only half full but breakfast at 7.15 - 8.00am on 17th & 18th April 2012 was almost impossible because of coach loads of tourists.

We have stayed in this hotel and I would higly recomendet to everyone. The hotel is great for the fammilly with kids and also for all other guests.

We stay at a lot of Novotels across Europe, this is another example of a simple, quiet , well run, business orientated Novotel hotel.
