Endorsing other reviews, the service in this family run hotel is exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble and their help reflects decades of experience in Saas Fee Allowing it is understood this is not a large 'chain' type hotel, we would recommend highly.

A family run hotel that is modern but with traditional Swiss service in all areas. Nothing was too much trouble. The (superior) room was one of the best hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. Food was excellent with a good breakfast and a dinner of (6 courses) that was up to the best standards of any of our local... More

As so many other reviewers have highlighted this is an exceptional family run hotel. Our family suite was cosy and heated to a perfect temperature (not stuffy and never chilly) and had a beautiful view of the town and mountains beyond. The candle lit dining room is a delight and the half boards six course dinner the best deal in... More

We stayed in a suite with a half board option for a week. The hotel is well located. A pleasant 10 minute walk to the slopes (there are many options to store ski equipment close to ski lifts) in a beautiful car free village. The rooms in the suite were spacious and well kept. An open plan bathtub on mezzanine... More

This was our first Trip to Switzerland and Saas Fee is quaint and quiet town but there's also night life for the family and others with great restaurants and ski bars. The trip up from Visp on the bus is very scenic and steep. Ski lessons are available for individuals and group lessons and are very well organised for all... More
