The location of the hotel is fine, quite close to the ski slopes but not exactly ski in/out. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice. In some rooms the bathrooms are open to the room (there is no door). If this would bother you, ask for a room with a bathroom with a door. Compared to hotels in... More

We had a very nice experience staying at the Bristol hotel. A family friendly athmospher with good service and very good food. My family, twelve altogether, flew in from all over the world and we had everything from singel rooms to a three room apartement. Not the latest design but still ok considering your out skiing all day. What we... More

We selected the hotel, as it offered a "family" room and we brought along our 26 year old daughter. The photographs depict the hotel room as being much larger than it actually is! The bathroom was quite "old" and in general the place needs refurbishment. Location wise it was great; at the end of the village, near the ski lifts... More

We had a great experience with this hotel. Although arriving very late a taxi was arranged for us, keys were lying ready for us. Very friendly personnel, Our rooms were totally renewed, really splendid. Hotel was close to the piste and within the center of Saas-fee. Good breakfast, We really felt welcome

We just spent 3 nights at the hotel. 2 adults and 1 child. the hotel is cozy and family run. They made us feel completely at home. The room was spacious enough to handle the entire family and they have a wall of boot driers so you have warm dry boots in the morning. The breakfast was very tasty, and... More

We stayed here for a weeks skiing at the start of January. The hotel is a small, family run business and is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are good, all have a view of the beautiful mountains, the food is lovely (we were half board and both breakfast and the set 4 course evening... More

We dropped off the nursery slope for lunch (you can ski in) Great staff and good food. Prices everywhere in saas fee are high (basic main course start at £14+) But it has a good view on the veranda and they are accomadating for children as is most of saas fee. Worth a look.

We took our 4 and 7 year old children to this hotel for their first skiing holiday. We felt very welcome and the family room was ideal for us - lovely views of the slopes and 2 different sleeping areas. We took the half board option and thought the 4 course dinners were fantastic with high quality meat and fish... More

GF and I spent a perfectly lovely long ski weekend at the Hotel Bristol, and were very satisfied with the experience. the hotel is a family business that has been going since 1963 and there is a warm, welcoming and very relaxed vibe about the place. We really enjoyed it. the location is very central, right on the main shopping... More
