The hotel is well run, and was clean and tidy, but the rooms are very woody, wall furniture etc, which gives it a cottage feel. It is one of those locations that you have to visit twice since it is so different in summer and winter.

Hotel has a great location, most rooms face mountains, very quiet. Ski lifts are within 2-3 minutes walking distance. Free breakfast is unbelievable, it's not just food quality, it's also incredible, personable service provided by Sandra. She treats everyone like her own family. This hotel is a family owned place, the owner Neli and her children are very attentive, personable... More

I was in Saas Fee with a group of school children, aged 13 and 14, learning to ski (the better skiers were up the mountain) and we needed somewhere to lunch off the slopes. For the 2nd year running, the Bristol allowed the 14 or 15 of us to use their restaurant.......last year was their cellar bar, but because we... More

Thoroughly recommend a stay at Hotel Bristol - very friendly staff, clean rooms and a great location next to the ski slopes. Ideal when you have kids with ski gear to carry etc. Reto, the manager, very helpful and friendly.

Spotlessly clean, with a familial atmosphere throughout. The rooms were clean, well-appointed and generously-sized. The pink bathroom was functional and roomy, in a quirky sort of way. Breakfast downstairs was typically Swiss, with a good selection of breads, eggs, cheeses, juice, etc. What got me hooked was just how patient, helpful and understanding the gentleman proprietor was when we were... This hotel provided great service and was very comfortable, set in an amazing place. Because we were there mid-week in off-season, between summer hiking and winter skiing, we were the only guests in the hotel, and we were upgraded to the new Panorama Suite. It was perfect for our family of four - a bunkbed room for the two kids,... More

We booked the apartment offered by the Hotel Bristol, called the Bristollino. It is on two floors, with a large bedroom downstairs and two smaller bedrooms and a kitchen and sitting room and small balcony upstairs. Well stocked, the apartment is almost perfect. The only negative is that storage space is limited and maid services are not provided ( except... More

Spent 11 days at this amazing family run hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The table d'hote menu was very appealing and different each evening. Very well placed for getting onto the resorts lift system.

first time to Switzerland and blown away- and so pleased to have chosen this Friendly family run hotel. Excellent location at the edge of the village with stunning views to the mountains from our room, which had a balcony with seats to enjoy the spectacular view- the stream runs in front of the hotel, which was quite noisy but maybe...
