A group of 13 of us stayed here in March and we had a great experience! The rooms are basic, but clean and adequate for a non-luxury ski trip. The food however was excellent, very good breakfasts and excellent 5 course dinners in the restaurant. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel, for a good value for money,... More

We ( 2 adults and 2 kids -13 and 10) stayed for a week in the Hotel Europa. We booked half board which was great value and the food was varied and of very good quality. The hotel is a bit away from the slopes but they rent a ski room in Hotel Saaserhof right on the slopes, and they... More

We booked a brief two night stay at Hotel Europa on short notice, so didn't get the greatest room; however, it was clean and comfortable. Mika and Micael were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the Saas Fee area and turned us on to various restaurants. Mika, who is also a vegetarian, was especially helpful. Peter, our server, who has taken... More

Excellent parts - staff welcome, serving staff always friendly, accommodating and quick, good location, food (breakfast and 5 course dinner is large and delicious), nice spa facilities, good sized bedrooms. Not good part - the beds are really uncomfortable (soft in the middle), so I had to stuff a additional quilt to try and relieve the consequent back ache. Other... More

Saas Fee is absolutely stunning- boutique little coffee shops; bakerys, shops, typical swiss chalet and building, and the scenery is absolutely stunning- with a Revolving restaurant at the top of the mountain with amazing views. The Hotel Europa was great- the staff were very friendly- especially the Romanian waitress. The food was lovely; breakfast every morning and 5 course meal... More

Saas Fee is without any doubt one of the most attractive villages in Switzerland (we essentially ski in Switzerland as we love the country). All new chalets are built looking old and have this rich woody and picturesque colour of fir tree. The village is quite spread and crisscrossed by a networks of lovely streets lines with hotels, boutiques, shops... More

We stayed at the Europa Garni over New Year 2013/4 for our first family hotel holiday. Our experience was extremely positive from start to finish. On arrival we were quickly picked up from the bus station and welcomed at check in with a glass of orange juice. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Our family room was very... More

Overall, this hotel is a little bit tired but was great value for money (we paid only £800 for the week by going on the Friday to Friday) and the staff are really fantastic. Peter, the Dutch head and waiter, and Thea from Romania are quite superb and made the whole stay good fun. Moreover, the five course meal in... More

The hotel itself was very clean & balconies are child friendly for an action holiday hotel and the food was 5 courses every night & lovely! Although the waiter there could not speak English and the only decent girl (dark hair) waiting staff who spoke english kept getting put into the 2* restaurant!!! We paid for 3* to get better... More
